BUG

BUG activates long-vacant and difficult-to-let commercial buildings through managed, short-term occupation. We reduce holding costs, alleviate business rates, and improve asset perception — giving landlords a structured alternative to leaving space empty. We work with established artists and designers to deliver considered, high-quality environments. We operate under flexible licence agreements with an emphasis on controlled access, responsible use, and reversible interventions. We are a Community Interest Company currently reviewing sites across London.
